If you need to return something, no problemo. You can request a refund or an exchange or a credit, as you wish. Please examine the contents of your order upon arrival and let us know right away if you need to return something for any reason. You have 30 days from the invoice date to get an RA# (Return Authorization Number). After 30 days no returns are possible. Call and get an RA# to put on the outside of the box. (Without it there will be confusion). Returned items must be in resellable, original condition.

We'll refund the shipping and/or pay for the same shipping to replace the item only if we made a mistake. If we did not do anything wrong, then we still have no problem with a refund or exchange, but we won't refund the shipping.
Refused orders invoke a 20% restock fee.
Orders can take up to 5 business to be picked and packaged for shipping. Ordering items NEXT DAY does not mean that they will ship the next business day. If an order is delayed more than 5 days then we will notify the customer via email.
Shipping cost is based on weight. Light stuff costs less than heavy stuff. There's nothing tricky going on here.
